摘要
为了减少转炉煤气放散,提升转炉煤气吨钢回收量,通过对两座煤气柜系统能力的分析,应用“1+1>2”的管理理念,把两座煤气柜回收输送系统作为一个整体考虑,优化了回收输送工艺流程,构建了煤气柜群最佳运行方式,提升了煤气柜回收输送系统整体的收气和供气能力。
In order to reduce the dispersion of converter gas and improve the recovery of converter gas per ton of steel,through the analysis of the capacity of the two gas holder systems,the management concept of"1+1>2"is applied to consider the two gas holder recovery and conveying systems as a whole,so as to optimize the recovery and conveying process flow,build the best operation mode of the gas holder group,and improve the overall gas collection and supply capacity of the gas holder recovery and conveying system.
