摘要
随着智慧制造和绿色生产的发展趋势,钢铁厂对流程的把控和生产节奏有了更高的要求,对于现场设备跟踪及控制的管理力度也逐渐增强。介绍了马钢四钢轧信息化智能板坯库系统以“高效、均衡、低耗”的总体原则为标准进行系统设计和运行的一些关键技术,可以提高现场生产效率,提高板坯库的管控水平。
With the development trend of smart manufacturing and green production,steel mills now have higher requirements for process control and production rhythm,the management of tracking and control of on-site equipment has been gradually enhanced as well.This paper introduces some of the key technologies related to the system design and operation of the informative intelligent slab storage system that is based on the general principle of"high efficiency,balance and low consumption"at Masteel Fourth Steel Mill,which can improve the production efficiency on site and increase control level of slab storage.
