摘要
复合相变(也称耦合分离式换热器)是一种将金属壁面最低温度作为设计第一要素的换热器。与传统的低压省煤器相比,复合相变能在大幅度降低锅炉排烟温度的同时能够很好的避免换热面被腐蚀,从而大幅度的延长换热器的使用寿命。主要简述了复合相变在兴澄特钢热电分厂1台SG-260/9.8-Q8501型全烧高炉煤气锅炉上的应用。
Composite phase change(also known as coupled separation heat exchanger)is a heat exchanger that takes the minimum temperature of the metal wall as the first element of design.Compared with the traditional low-pressure economizer,the composite phase change can significantly reduce the boiler exhaust temperature while avoiding the corrosion of the heat exchange surface,thus significantly extending the service life of the heat exchanger.This article briefly describes the application of composite phase change in a SG-260/9.8-Q8501 fully fired blast furnace gas boiler in Xingcheng Special Steel's thermal power plant.
