220kV XLPE绝缘海缆脱气效率和低碳性研究

摘要 采用红外光谱法和气相色谱法分别对一种新型快速脱气型220 kV交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘海缆的交联副产物进行测试和脱气效率研究,并与常规脱气型XLPE绝缘海缆制造过程中的碳排放进行对比,结果表明:(1)新型220 kV XLPE绝缘线芯内部含枯基醇、苯乙酮、甲烷副产物量随着脱气时间的增加迅速降低并趋于稳定,相比常规220 kV XLPE绝缘海缆线芯,脱气效率可提升60%~80%;(2)不同绝缘位置副产物去除效率有所差异,相同脱气时间下,绝缘中部含副产物量要显著高于其他位置,绝缘外层含副产物量最低,含副产物量在脱气一段时间后将趋于平衡;(3)相同规格海缆生产制造过程中,新型220 kV XLPE绝缘海缆相比传统220 kV XLPE绝缘海缆能耗和碳排放可降低21%以上。 By means of infrared spectroscopy and gas chromatography,crosslinking by-products of a new type of fast degassing 220 kV XLPE insulated submarine cables were tested and the degassing efficiency was studied.At the same time,manufacturing carbon emissions of the new 220 kV XLPE insulated submairine cables and conventional degassing 220 kV XLPE insulated submarine cables were compared.The results showed that:Contents of cumyl alcohol,acetophenone and methane by-products in the new type 220 kV XLPE insulation core decreased rapidly and tended to be stable with the increase of degassing time,and compared with conventional 220 kV submarine cables insulation core,degassing efficiency can be increased by 60%-80%;Removal efficiency of by-products in different insulation positions was different.And under the same degassing time,by-products content in the middle area of insulation were significantly higher than that in other positions,by-products content in the outer layer area of insulation were the lowest,and it will no longer change significantly after degassing for a certain time,tending to balance;③During the production of same specification submarine cables,energy consumption and carbon emission of the new 220 kv insulated submarine cables can be reduced by more than 21%compared with traditional cable.
