一种大电流超充的液冷充电桩线缆

摘要 介绍了一种大电流超充的液冷充电桩线缆的结构设计,其中包括导体、冷却管道、主绝缘、成缆和护套结构的设计,以及在大电流超充的线缆温度的变化特性。导体采用IEC 60228第五类退火铜线制成。首先把铜线绞合成圆形,然后再紧压成半圆形。在挤出绝缘层之前,通过直放的方式,把半圆形导体和半圆形冷却管合并成一个圆形结构。冷却液通过半圆形冷却管从充电桩泵入,而后通过充电枪端子循环装置,将冷却液从圆形冷却管道流出到充电桩内进行循环冷却,在冷却液循环流通过程中会将主动力线导体大电流超充产生的热量带走,避免充电桩线缆在大电流快充过程中由于热量积累而使导体电阻变大、过热限流、引起火灾等安全事故的发生,从而提高充电效率和延长充电桩线缆的寿命。该液冷充电桩电缆结构设计合理,充电效率高,可在5~8 min内给电动汽车完成充电。 The structure design of a large-current overcharging liquid-cooling charging pile cable was introduced,including the structure design of conductor and cooling pipe,main insulation,cabling forming structure design and sheath structure design,as well as the variation characteristics of cable temperature under large-current overcharging.The conductor consists of plain annealed copper wires of IEC 60228 Class 5.Firstly,the wires twisted into circular conductor and then compressed into semicircular shape.Before extruding the insulation layer,the semicircular conductor and the semicircular cooling pipe were combined into a circular structure by placing them in parallel.The cooling liquid was pumped from the charging pile through the semi-circular cooling pipe,and then flowed through the charging gun terminal circulation device from the semi-circular cooling pipe to the charging pile for circulating cooling.In the process of coolant circulation,the heat generated by high-current overcharging of the main power line conductor would be taken away,so as to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents,such as conductor resistance increasing,overheat current limiting and fire caused by heat accumulation of charging pile cables in the process of high-current fast charging,so as to improve the charging efficiency and prolong the service life of charging pile cables.The liquid-cooling charging pile cable the features as can fully charge the electric vehicles within 5-8 min with novel structural design and high charge efficiency.
