防尘OD正交光连接器的研究和改进

摘要 防尘OD正交光连接器机柜内存在的灰尘扰动,会导致光纤接触件对接端受污染,进而影响光纤传输性能。本工作优化了一种防尘OD正交光连接器的结构,通过弹簧带动背板连接器与子板连接器的相互对插,有效避免了机柜内灰尘的影响,从而提高光纤连接器的光信号传输性能和光传输效率。同时采用仿真模拟了连接器的结构强度,为之后改善连接器的结构提供理论支撑。 The presence of dust disturbance in the cabinet of dustproof OD orthogonal optical connector,which led to the fiber optic contacts butt-end was contaminated and the fiber optic transmission performance was affected.A dustproof OD orthogonal optical connector structure was established,which could effectively avoid the influence of dust inside the cabinet by spring-driven mutual docking of backplane connector and daughter board connector,thus the optical signal transmission performance and optical transmission efficiency of fiber optic connectors were improved.Simulation was also adopted to simulate the structural strength of the connector to provide theoretical support for future improvement of the connector structure.
