摘要
设计了一种可以自由组合的新型挤出模具,模具工作面采用耐高温、化学性能稳定、胶料极难粘连特性的耐高温聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)材料涂氟和单件制作,同时使用Solid Works软件进行3D建模,采用COMSOL Multiphysics软件进行温度场分析。新型模具利用PTFE的自润滑性构建的模腔工作面,改善了胶体在机头内部的流动性,降低了胶体在机身和机头的挤出压力及内摩擦生热,可广泛应用于高黏度塑料和橡胶的挤出,进一步提高设备的产量。
A new extrusion die which can be combined freely was designed.The working surface of the die was made of high-temperature fluoroplastic PTFE material with high temperature resistance,stable chemical properties and difficult adhesion of rubber.At the same time,3D model was carried out with Solid Works software,and the thermal field analysis of heat conduction was carried out with COMSOL Multiphysics software.The new die used the die cavity working face constructed by the self-lubricating property of PTFE to improve the process fluidity of colloid in the head,reduced the extrusion pressure of colloid in the body and head,and reduced the internal friction heat generation of colloid.It can be widely used for the extrusion of high viscosity plastics and rubber,and further improve the output of the machine.
