宇航级射频稳相同轴电缆轻量化方案

摘要 宇航产品体现了国家的综合科技水平,随着太空资源竞争的日益激烈,各国均在发射卫星、空间站等宇航器,这些设备使用的普通射频稳相同轴电缆的质量较大,本工作对中心导体、绝缘层导体、屏蔽层和护套层同时采用轻量化设计的方法,来降低宇航级射频稳相同轴电缆(以下简称电缆)的单位长度质量,进而节约航天器的发射成本。 Aerospace products reflect the comprehensive scientific and technological level of the country.With the increasingly fierce space competition,countries are launching satellites,space stations and other space vehicles.The common RF stable phase coaxial cables used by these equipment are of relatively heavy quality.The method of reducing the weight of the inner conductor,outer conductor,shielding layer and sheath layer at the same time was adopted to reduce the unit length quality of the space-class RF phase stabilized coaxial cables(hereinafter referred to as the cable),in order to save the launch cost of the spacecraft.
