摘要
对Pb-Ca-Sn-Al正极板栅样品进行热处理,然后测试正极板栅合金的金相结构和耐腐蚀性能,对比分析热处理对正极板栅合金微观结构和耐腐蚀性能的影响。研究结果表明,适当的热处理条件可以改变正极板栅合金的微观结构,改善正极板栅合金的耐腐蚀性能。经过160℃下热处理3 h,正极板栅的耐腐蚀性能提升幅度不小于15%,200℃下热处理1 h可使正极板栅耐腐蚀性能提升幅度不小于40%。
The metallographic structures and corrosion data of Pb-Ca-Sn-Al positive grid samples with different heat treatment were tested in this paper,the effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of positive grid were compared and analyzed.The results showed that appropriate heat treatment changed the microstructures of positive grid and improved the corrosion resistance of positive grid.With heat treatment at 160℃for 3 hours,the corrosion resistance of positive grid improved not less than 15%,with heat treatment at 200℃for 1 hour,the corrosion resistance of positive grid improved not less than 40%.
