摘要
电动自行车以其操作简单、骑乘方便等优点,已然成为城市公共交通必不可少的一部分。但电动自行车引发的火灾也不在少数。电动自行车引发的火灾大部分与锂离子蓄电池有关系。笔者以锂离子蓄电池组和单体蓄电池为研究对象,对电池组的保护功能、单体蓄电池安全性和容量一致性进行测试比较,进而发现电动自行车用锂离子蓄电池产品在设计、制造环节可能存在的质量风险,尽可能从源头上减少火灾发生的风险。
With the advantages of simple operation and convenient riding,electric bicycles have become an indispensable part of urban public transport.But electric bicycles have caused many fires.Most of the fires caused by electric bicycles are related to lithium-ion batteries.This study takes lithium-ion battery pack and single battery as the research object,tests and compares the protection function of battery pack,the safety and capacity consistency of single battery,and then finds out the quality risks that may exist in the design and manufacturing of lithium-ion battery products for electric bicycles,so as to reduce the risk of fire as far as possible from the source.
