CTCS3-300T型ATP设备结合部典型故障分析及处置

摘要 对CTCS3-300T型ATP设备与CRH380B (L)型动车组接口类型,以及结合部存在的断路器及转换开关不良、多功能车辆总线(MVB)不良、继电器不良等问题进行归纳总结,分别选取ATP隔离开关状态采集异常、ATP冗余开关异常、MVB总线异常、UB紧急制动环路异常等结合部典型故障进行剖析,对提升维护人员专业能力,快速、准确处置该类故障具有参考和借鉴意义。 The types of interfaces between CTCS3-300T ATP(Automatic Train Protection)equipment and CRH380B(L)Electric Multiple Units(EMU),as well as the problems existing in the joint section such as bad circuit breakers and transfer switches,bad Multifunction Vehicle Bus(MVB)and poor relays are summarized.Typical faults of the joint,such as abnormal ATP isolation switch status acquisition,abnormal ATP redundancy switch,abnormal MVB bus,and abnormal Urgency Braking(UB)emergency brake loop are respectively selected and analyzed in this paper,which has reference significance for improving the professional ability of maintenance personnel and quickly and accurately handling ATP equipment failures of this type of EMU.
