基于移动台座的预制箱梁智能化生产模式研究 被引量:3

摘要 传统预制箱梁生产模式易受天气影响,存在工期长、效率低、人工成本高等问题。利用移动台座和信息化技术重构传统生产模式,形成一种包含移动台座、智能液压开合模板、智能蒸养房、智能张拉、智能压浆等的预制箱梁智能化生产模式。结合安罗高速公路项目,从成本、质量、工期、作业环境等4个方面对两种生产模式进行实际生产并对比分析。结果显示,在预制箱梁任务量较大的情况下,预制箱梁智能化生产模式可以摆脱天气的不利影响,有效降低人工成本、缩短预制箱梁工期、提升箱梁成品质量等,具有较好的社会经济效益和推广应用价值。 The traditional prefabricated box girder production mode is easily affected by weather,which causes problems such as long construction period,low efficiency,and high labor costs.The traditional production mode is reconstructed by using mobile pedestal and information technology to form an intelligent production mode of prefabricated box girder including mobile pedestal,intelligent hydraulic opening and closing formwork,intelligent steam curing room,intelligent tensioning,and intelligent grouting.Based on the Anluo Expressway project,actual production and comparative analysis of the two production modes are conducted from cost,quality,construction period,and operating environment.The results show that in the case of a large number of box girder prefabrication tasks,the intelligent production mode of prefabricated box girder can overcome the adverse effects of weather,effectively reduce labor costs,shorten the prefabrication period of box girders,and improve the quality of box girder finished products,providing good social and economic benefits and promotion application value.
