摘要
对于河道综合治理采用EPC管理模式对施工阶段风险管控的相关研究较为单一,亟需建立一套新的风险管理体系。以承包方的角度,运用AHP-GM评价模型对某实际河道综合治理EPC项目施工风险管理进行探讨,结果展示了该方法的可靠性和系统性,并针对EPC项目风险应对策略提出建议,为EPC项目的风险分析与管理提供新思路。
There is relatively limited research on risk management during the construction phase of comprehensive river management using the EPC management mode,and a new risk management system is urgently needed.From the perspective of the general contractor,the AHP-GM evaluation model is used to explore Construction risk management of the EPC project for comprehensive management of one river channel.The results demonstrate the reliability and systematicness of this method,and provide suggestions for risk response strategies for EPC projects,providing new ideas for risk analysis and management of EPC projects.
