摘要
为深入探究血红栓菌总黄酮的最佳提取工艺及其抗氧化活性,本文依据单因素实验结果进行响应面设计实验,探究乙醇浓度、液料比和提取时间对血红栓菌总黄酮提取率的影响,并进行验证实验,建立工艺模型。最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度为80%、料液质量比为1:30、提取时间为60 min,总黄酮提取率最大值为3.301%。当总黄酮浓度为0.05 mg/mL时,对自由基•O_(2)^(-)、•OH、DPPH•和ABTS+的清除率达到最大值,分别为49.68%、32.47%、86.85%、93.81%;对ABTS+和DPPH•的清除能力较强,而对·O_(2)^(-)和·OH的清除能力相对较弱。
To explore the optimal extraction process and antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Trametes sanguinea,based on the results of single-factor experiments,this study conducted a response surface design experiment to investigate the effects of ethanol concentration,liquid-to-material ratio,and extraction time on the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Trametes sanguinea,and established a model for the process through verification experiments.The optimal extraction conditions for the process were:ethanol concentration of 80%,liquid-to-material ratio of 1 GA6FA 30,and extraction time of 60 minutes,with a maximum extraction rate of total flavonoids of 3.301%.When the concentration of total flavonoids was 0.05 mg/mL,the clearance rates of free radicals·O_(2)^(-),·OH,DPPH·,and ABTS+reached the maximum values of 49.68%,32.47%,86.85%,and 93.81%,respectively.The clearance ability of ABTS+and DPPH·was strong,while that of·O_(2)^(-)and·OH was relatively weak.
