摘要
基于风险关联的前提假设,运用社会网络分析方法,基于工程建设全过程和利益相关者二维视角,建立工程质量潜在缺陷保险背景下的住宅工程质量潜在缺陷风险网络模型,对风险网络的整体结构指标和中心性指标进行计算和分析,根据分析结果提出风险管控对策和建议.研究结果表明,住宅工程质量潜在缺陷风险之间存在一定的关联性,运用社会网络分析方法进行分析有助于实现对关键风险的识别和对风险针对性的管控;在住宅工程建设全过程中,各个阶段的风险因素具有不同的特点,勘察设计阶段和施工阶段的管理行为风险更易成为风险源;与住宅工程质量潜在缺陷风险相关的利益相关者中,建设单位和勘察、设计单位对风险网络的影响最大.
Based on the premise of risk correlation,this paper used the social network analysis method to establish a risk network model of inherent quality defects of residential engineering under the background of IDI based on the two-dimensional perspective of the whole process of construction and stakeholders,calculated and analyzed the overall structure indexes and centrality indexes of the risk network,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions about risk control according to the analysis results.The results showed that:there was a certain correlation between the inherent quality defect risks of residential engineering.Using the social network analysis method could realize the identification of important risks and the targeted control of risks;in the whole process of residential engineering construction,the risk factors in each stage had different characteristics,and the management behavior risks in the reconnaissance stage,design stage and construction stage were more likely to become the risk sources;among the stakeholders related to the inherent quality defect risks of residential engineering,the construction unit,reconnaissance unit and design unit had the greatest impact on the risk network.
