摘要
采用原位聚合法制备了聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)/人造岗石废渣(AMWs)复合材料,研究了AMWs含量对PBS/AMWs复合材料结晶速率、负荷变形温度和力学性能的影响。结果表明:AMWs能够显著提升PBS的结晶速率和负荷变形温度;与纯PBS相比,加入约10%(w)AMWs的PBS/AMWs复合材料的结晶温度由67℃提升到79℃,负荷变形温度由60.4℃提升到70.4℃;加入刚性的AMWs并没有造成PBS断裂拉伸应变的显著下降,复合材料仍有较好的力学性能。
Polybutylene succinate(PBS)/artificial marble wastes(AMWs)composites were prepared by in-situ polymerization,and the influences of AMWs content on crystallization rate,load deformation temperature and mechanical properties of the composites were studied.The results show that AMWs can significantly increase the crystallization rate and load deformation temperature of PBS.The crystallization temperature of PBS/AMWs composites with the mass fraction of 10%of AMWs is increased from 67℃to 79℃,its load deformation temperature is increased from 60.4℃to 70.4℃.In addition,the addition of AMWs did not cause a significant decrease in the tensile strain at break of PBS,the composites still have good mechanical properties.
