飞机外表面用聚氨酯防护胶带的制备及其性能

摘要 使用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体通过三层共挤流延膜成型机组制备聚氨酯薄膜,将丙烯酸酯压敏胶、二甲苯溶剂按一定比例混合,再经逗号辊、烘道、收卷、复合、压延、切边等完成聚氨酯防护胶带的制备。结果表明:制备的聚氨酯防护胶带的断裂伸长率不低于800%,远高于技术指标要求的400%;与阳极化铝合金、丙烯酸底漆以及聚氨酯磁漆的剥离黏接强度均不小于0.7 kN/m,达到指标要求。 Polyurethane films were prepared via three layer co-extruded cast film molding unit with thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer,which was mixed with acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive and solvent xylene in a certain ratio to prepare polyurethane protective tape after comma rolling,baking,rewinding,compositing,rolling,and cutting.The results show the elongation at break of polyurethane protective tape is larger than 800%,far more than the technical indexes of 400%.Its peeling strength to anodized aluminum alloy,acrylic primer and polyurethane enamel are greater than 0.7 kN/m,meeting the requirements of index.
