汽车空调面板触摸振动结构的设计与仿真

摘要 为实现汽车触摸面板的振动效果,通过运用ABAQUS软件的动力学仿真技术对金属弹片进行设计,并对面板整体结构强度进行校核,最终设计出符合要求的触摸振动结构。结果表明:金属弹片作为振动的发生结构,其刚度不仅会影响最终加速度的输出,还会关系到整车振动时是否会引起触摸面板共振。对于整个触摸面板的动力学强度校核时,需重点关注金属弹片及面板安装位置,其余部位视情况而定。 In order to achieve the vibration effect of automotive touch panel,the dynamic simulation technology of ABAQUS software is used to design the metal shrapnel and check the strength of the overall structure of the panel,and finally design the touch vibration structure that meets the requirements.The results show that the stiffness of the metal shrapnel,as the structure of vibration,not only affects the output of the final acceleration,but also affects the resonance of the touch panel when the vehicle vibrates.When checking the dynamic strength of the whole touch panel,it is necessary to focus on the metal shrapnel and the installation position of the panel,and the rest of the parts depend on the situation.
