叉车线束的优化设计

摘要 叉车线束在实际装配过程中的问题较多,装错、线束损坏/烧蚀、整车布线凌乱等状况经常发生。同时,叉车线束的成本在所有车用电器中占有很大比重,出现问题就损失严重。本文从线束走向的优化、常用功能集成到车架线束、发散式设计改成阶梯式、不常用功能单独做过渡线实现、发散式改成先集中后分散方式5个方面出发,对线束进行优化设计改进,结果表明:优化后的设计可以简化线路和装配流程,减少物料种类,降低管理成本。 There are many problems in the actual assembly process of forklift wiring harnesses,such as misassembly,damage or ablation of wiring harnesses,and messy layout of vehicle wiring harnesses.At the same time,the cost of forklift wire harness occupies a large proportion in all automotive electrical appliances,and the loss is serious when problem occurred.The wiring harness has been optimized from five aspects:the optimization of wiring harness layout,the integration of common functions into the frame wiring harness,ladder-type structure design,the realization of the transition line for the uncommon functions alone,and the centralized and then decentralized method in the paper.The results show that the electrical circuit and assembly process are simplified,the types of materials and management cost are reduced after the design optimization.
