某车型ADAS产线标定故障问题分析及优化措施

摘要 本文主要研究某平台高级驾驶辅助系统(AdvancedDriving Assistance System,ADAS)车型在检测线标定失效的问题,通过关联图分析法分析末端因素,确定该问题的根本原因,制定解决措施。通过实施相应措施,解决ADAS车型在ADAS检测标定工位标定失败的问题,提高ADAS车型在检测线的ADAS标定通过率和生产车间ADAS车型的生产效率。 In this paper,the calibration failure of ADAS models on a platform on the detection line is studied.The terminal factors are analyzed by correlation graph analysis method,the root cause of the problem is determined,and the solution measures are formulated.By implementing corresponding measures,the problem of the calibration failure of ADAS models at the ADAS detection and calibration station is solved.The ADAS calibration pass rate of ADAS models in the test line is improved,and the production tempo of ADAS models in the production workshop is improved.
