Problem Analysis and Optimization of Transmission Control Unit

本文主要针对在行驶过程中车辆偶发出现仪表提示“请静止时挂入P挡”的问题进行分析和优化。通过对车辆数据进行采集,并对数据和原理进行分析,结果表明问题原因为隐藏式门把手电机工作时产生电磁干扰,导致电子换挡器输入给变速器控制器的换挡信号异常,最后综合考虑开发周期、成本、实施难度等问题,从变速器控制器软件逻辑提升方面入手推出优化方案,解决车辆问题。

This paper mainly aims at analysis and improvement the problem when the vehicle is running,the instrument prompts"please put into P gear when it is stationary".By collecting vehicle data and analyzing the data and principles,the results indicate that the signal from electronic gear shift module(EGSM)to transmission control unit(TCU)was disturbed by hidden door handle motor.Finally,considering the development cycle,cost,implementation difficulty,and other issues,an optimization solution is proposed from the perspective of improving the logic of the transmission controller software to solve the vehicle problem.
