全风化花岗岩地层隧道掌子面稳定性模拟分析

摘要 文章依托大临铁路勐麻1#全风化花岗岩地层隧道,利用PFC3D数值分析软件,对全断面法、两台阶法和三台阶+临时仰拱法的适应性进行分析。结合全风化花岗岩地层的特点,明确了不同围岩级别匹配的合理开挖工法,以及施工过程中围岩的变形和受力特点,找到了施工中应注意的危险部位,验证了管棚等超前支护措施的合理性。 Based on the tunnel of Mengma 1#fully weathered granite stratum of Daling Railway,the article analyzes the adaptability of full section method,two-step method and three-step+temporary elevation arch method by using PFC3D numerical analysis software.Combined with the characteristics of the fully weathered granite stratum,the reasonable excavation method matching different surrounding rock levels and the deformation and force characteristics of the surrounding rock during construction are clarified,the dangerous parts that should be paid attention to during construction are found,and the rationality of over-supporting measures such as pipe shed is verified.
