摘要
针对在既有建筑原址进行开发且无法避让地下障碍物的工程,如何安全有效地对既有建筑留存障碍物进行清除,对新建工程的周边环境保护、工期及造价的控制有非常关键的作用。以福州某工程为案例,对深层清障施工技术进行阐述探讨,重点对控制清障对周边敏感环境的影响采取的施工方法及实施效果进行论述,希望可以为类似工程提供借鉴。
For projects that are newly developed at the original site of existing buildings and cannot avoid obstacles,how to safely and effectively remove obstacles left in existing buildings plays a very critical role in the control of environmental protection,construction period and cost of new construction projects.Taking a project in Fuzhou as a case,the deep obstacle removing construction technology is elaborated and discussed,focusing on the construction methods and implementation effects adopted to control the impact of obstacle removal on the surrounding sensitive environment,hoping to provide reference for similar projects.
