制造业供应链的空间格局及关联性分析——以江苏省智能制造装备产业为例

Spatial pattern and correlation analysis of manufacturing supply chain:A case study of intelligent manufacturing equipment industry in Jiangsu Province

利用空间自相关分析方法和地理加权回归模型探析江苏省2019年智能制造装备供应链的空间集聚格局及其影响因素的空间异质性,研究结果为科学配置江苏省智能制造装备业用地乃至产业用地提供参考。研究表明:(1)2019年江苏省智能制造装备供应链整体上呈现“南强北弱”的分布态势,高值集聚区主要分布于苏锡常地区,低值集聚区主要分布于苏北地区;(2)供应链上中游和中下游之间企业分布的空间关联均呈现正相关,且上中游略强于中下游,在苏锡常地区空间相关性相对较强。(3)经济水平、技术创新、人力资本、产业结构和交通可达性对智能制造装备供应链空间分布格局呈正向影响,政策壁垒呈负向影响,且各影响因素指标存在显著的空间分异性。

Employing spatial autocorrelation analysis and geographically weighted regression model,the paper studies the spatial agglomeration pattern of intelligent manufacturing equipment supply chain in Jiangsu Province in 2019 and the spatial heterogeneity of its influencing factors.The results provide references for scientific allocation of intelligent manufacturing equipment industrial land and industrial land in general in Jiangsu Province.Studies show that(1)in 2019,the supply chain of intelligent manufacturing equipment in Jiangsu Province as a whole shows a distribution trend of“strong in the south and weak in the north”,with high-value agglomeration areas mainly distributed in the Su-Xi-Chang region and low-value agglomeration areas mainly distributed in the north of Jiangsu Province;(2)The spatial correlation of enterprise distribution between the upper and middle reaches of the supply chain is positive,and the upper and middle reaches are slightly stronger than the middle and lower reaches,and the spatial correlation is relatively strong in Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou.(3)Economic level,technological innovation,human capital,industrial structure and transportation accessibility have a positive impact on the spatial distribution pattern of intelligent manufacturing equipment supply chain,while policy barriers have a negative impact;and there is a significant spatial differentiation among the influencing factors.
