摘要
民族教育作为我国教育事业的重要组成部分,其改革与发展必然会受到特定民族地区的政治、经济、文化等各方面因素的综合影响,但同时民族教育的改革与发展也会推动边疆民族地区政治、经济、文化等各项事业的发展进程。民族教育与边疆治理耦合的逻辑基础在于二者在经济、政治、文化和社会四方面有共同的历史使命,二者是相互促进、共同发展的。基于此,民族教育参与边疆治理的四重内生逻辑在于政治逻辑、经济逻辑、文化逻辑和社会逻辑;边疆治理推动民族教育发展的四重外生动力在于政治动力、经济动力、文化动力和社会动力。民族教育与边疆治理之间既有耦合的逻辑原点,又有耦合的具体路径,二者间有着内在的多维耦合机制。
As an important part of our educational cause,the reform and development of national education is bound to be affected by the political,economic and cultural factors of specific national areas,but at the same time,the reform and development of national education will also promote the development of political,economic,cultural and other undertakings in the frontier minority areas.The logic foundation of the coupling of national ed⁃ucation and frontier governance is that they have the common historical mission in economy,politics,culture and society,and they promote each other and develop together.Based on this,the four-fold endogenous logic of na⁃tional education in border governance lies in political logic,economic logic,cultural logic and social logic;The four external motive forces of Frontier Administration to promote the development of national education lie in po⁃litical motive force,economic motive force,cultural motive force and social motive force.There is not only the log⁃ic origin of coupling,but also the specific path of coupling between national education and frontier governance,and there is an inherent multi-dimensional coupling mechanism between them.
