“十四五”时期怎样高质量建设国家文化公园?——以大运河国家文化公园江苏段为例

How to Build a HighQuality National Cultural Park During the“14th FiveYear Plan”Period?-Taking the Jiangsu Section of the Grand Canal National Cultural Park as an Example

高质量推进国家文化公园建设,对于健全现代文化产业体系、推动文旅深度融合发展、推进国家文化治理创新,具有重大而深远的现实意义。本文以大运河国家文化公园江苏段为分析对象,发现国家文化公园作为“十四五”时期一项重大的文化创新,其在建设过程中存在建设和管理主体不明确、文化资源创造性转化不足、统筹协调能力不强等问题。由此,围绕“十四五”时期如何高质量推进国家文化公园建设,提出以下建议:①制度创新,即完善管理与保障体系;②业态创新,即探索传统文化创新型生产模式;③传播创新,即打造有社会影响力的文化品牌。最后,本文提出相关政策建议,以期为国家文化公园建设提供借鉴。

Promoting the construction of national cultural parks with high quality has great and farreaching practical significance for improving the modern cultural industry system,promoting the indepth integration and development of cultural tourism,and promoting national cultural governance innovation.This paper takes the construction status of the Jiangsu section of the Grand Canal national cultural park as the object of analysis,and finds that the national cultural park,as a major cultural innovation during the“14th FiveYear Plan”period,has problems in the construction process of unclear construction and management subjects,insufficient creative transformation of cultural resources,weak overall planning and coordination capabilities,etc.Therefore,focusing on how to promote the construction of national cultural parks with high quality during the“14th FiveYear Plan”period,the following conclusions are put forward:①Institutional innovation is to improve the management and security system;②business innovation is to explore innovative production models of traditional culture;③communication innovation is to create a cultural brand with social influence.Finally,this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions,in order to provide reference for the construction of national cultural parks.
