With the development of advanced equipment manufacturing and the promotion of informationization and industrialization integration strategy,the traditional equipment fault diagnosis technology is difficult to meet the demand.The application of fault prediction and health management(PHM)technology can provide support for the intelligent improvement of industrial equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.
