磁流变弹性体薄膜曲面微结构在磁场中的形变 被引量:1

摘要 磁流变弹性体(Magnetorheological Elastomers,MRE)是一类热力学性能、磁学性能等特性均可利用外部磁性效应来调控的智能材料。MRE薄膜是尺寸非常小的磁流变弹性体,在磁场作用下可发生拉伸、弯曲等形变。将MRE薄膜曲面微结构模型简化,通过有限元分析的方法研究MRE薄膜曲面微结构在不同磁场强度大小和不同磁场方向下的形变。分析表明:随着磁场强度增大,MRE薄膜曲面微结构的形变量增大;垂直磁场中,垂直各向异性的MRE薄膜的形变最明显;平行磁场中,平行各向异性的MRE薄膜的形变最明显。 Magnetorheological elastomers(MREs)are a class of smart materials whose thermodynamic properties,magnetic properties and other properties can be regulated by external magnetic effects.MRE films are very small magnetorheological elastomers that can be stretched and bent under the action of magnetic fields.In this review,the microstructure model of MRE film surface is simplified,and the deformation of MRE film surface microstructure under different magnetic field strengths and different magnetic field directions is studied by finite element analysis.The analysis showed that with the increase of magnetic field strength,the deformation of the surface microstructure of MRE film increased.Among the vertical magnetic fields,the deformation of the vertical anisotropic MRE film is the most obvious.Among the horizontal magnetic fields,the deformation of the MRE film with horizontal anisotropy is the most obvious.
