微波铁氧体环行器相位调节方法与高相位一致性实现 被引量:1

摘要 针对应用于P、L、S波段相控阵雷达的铁氧体环行器高相位一致性的严格要求,分析了其相位一致性的影响因素,找到了高相位一致性控制的调测手段,提出采用子母盖板的形式来调节环行器的工作点磁场强弱,从而调整环行器的相位值,实测与仿真分析结果表明二者符合甚好,实测结果表明,10个器件的相位一致性控制在±1°以内,采用这种方式可方便、有效地调整环行器的相位,实现高的相位一致性,很好地满足了新一代相控阵雷达的应用要求。 In view of the strict requirements for high phase consistency of ferrite circulators used in P,L and S band phased array radars,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the phase consistency,finds the means of adjusting and measuring the high phase consistency control,and proposes to adjust the magnetic field strength of the working point of the circulator in the form of a mother and child cover plate,so as to adjust the phase value of the circulator.The actual measurement and simulation analysis results show that the two are in good agreement.The actual measurement results show that the phase consistency of the 10 devices is controlled within±1°.This method can easily and effectively adjust the phase of the circulator to achieve high phase consistency,which well meets the application requirements of the new generation of phased array radar.
