长江经济带智慧林业建设投入产出效率的研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于2012-2020年长江经济带智慧林业的省际面板数据,利用三阶段DEA-Malmquist模型对其投入产出效率进行实证研究。研究结果表明,其真实的投入产出效率小幅度被低估,工业化水平的提升会增加林业上市公司研发投入、林业信息化投入和林业用地面积的投入冗余,研发水平的提高可以节约上述三种资源的投入,地区GDP的不断提升会对林业信息化投入和林业用地面积投入产生冗余现象。针对研究结果,从发展方式、科技创新、产业结构三个方面提出了对策建议。 The Yangtze River Economic Belt can coordinate the common development of China's eastern,central and western regions,and promote China's economic development.Its construction is of great significance to China's overall upward development.Based on the provincial panel data of the Yangtze River Economic Belt's smart forestry from 2012 to 2020,this study employed a three-stage DEA-Malmquist model to investigate the input-output efficiency of the forestry industry.The research results showed that its real input-output efficiency was low as a whole.The improvement of industrialization level would increase the input redundancy of forestry listed companies'R&D investment,forestry informatization investment and forestry land area.The improvement of R&D level could save the input of the above three kinds of resources.The continuous improvement of regional GDP would produce redundancy on forestry informatization investment and forestry land area investment.Based on the research results,this study proposed recommendations from three aspects:development mode,technological innovation,and industrial structure.
