基于波士顿矩阵的内蒙古木质林产品的竞争力及竞争策略分析

摘要 通过对内蒙古木质林产品2011-2020市场占有率的研究分析,发现内蒙古木质林产品受政策影响较大且缺乏应对动力,发展转型缓慢且支撑力不足,林产品产业链结构不够完善。基于现存问题,通过构建波士顿矩阵模型提出了相关林产品的转型方向,如锯材应积极扩大经济规模,木片应采取选择性投资战略等,并同时完善林产品产业链以提高内蒙古木质林产品竞争力。 Through the research and analysis of the market share of wood forest products in Inner Mongolia from 2011 to 2020,it found that wood forest products in Inner Mongolia were greatly affected by policies and lack of response motivation,the development and transformation were slow and the support force was insufficient,and the structure of forest product industry chain was not perfect.Based on the existing problems,it proposed the transformation direction of related forest products by constructing the Boston matrix model,such as sawn timber should actively expand the economic scale,wood chips should adopt selective investment strategies,etc.At the same time,it should improve the forest product industry chain to improve the competitiveness of wood forest products in Inner Mongolia.
