摘要
选取我国30个省级行政区2011-2020年相关数据,采用熵值法和超效率SBM-DEA模型测算绿色金融发展指数和生态福利绩效指数,运用tobit模型实证考察绿色金融对生态福利水平的影响。实证结果表明:我国绿色金融发展水平和生态福利水平均呈现“东部高、中西部低”的发展格局,且存在较大的区域差异;总体上绿色金融可以显著促进生态福利绩效水平。
By selecting the relevant data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020,this paper used the entropy method and ultra-efficient SBM-DEA model to calculate the green finance development index and ecological welfare performance index.It used the Tobit model to empirically investigate the impact of green finance on ecological welfare level.The empirical results showed that the development level of green finance and the level of ecological welfare in China showed a development pattern of“high in the east and low in the central and western regions”,and there were large regional differences.In general,green finance could significantly contribute to the level of ecological welfare performance.
