传统文化是中华民族在五千多年的社会实践中形成的思想理念、传统美德和人文精神的集合,体现出中华民族特有的思维方式和精神标识。而高校图书馆是高校意识形态工作的重点机构,其拥有浩如烟海的文献,各种有价值的知识、信息蕴藏其中。在高校图书馆中传承和创新传统文化,既能满足大学生成长的现实需要,引导和启迪大学生的思想,也顺应了时代发展的需要,帮助校园形成人文精神氛围。因此,高校图书馆应认识到传承和创新传统文化的重要性,加强以人为本的软硬件建设,加强图书馆社团建设,发挥信息技术作用,开发文创产品,创新活动形式,让广大师生都参与到活动中,以此提升图书馆的吸引力,弘扬传统文化。

Traditional culture is a collection of ideas,traditional virtues and humanistic spirit formed by the Chinese nation in more than five thousand years of social practice.The university library is the key institution of ideological work in colleges and universities.It has a vast amount of literature,which contains all kinds of valuable knowledge and information.Inheriting and innovating traditional culture in university libraries not only meets the practical needs of college students'growth,guides and enlightens their thoughts,but also conforms to the needs of the development of the times and helps the campus form a humanistic spirit atmosphere.Therefore,university libraries should realize the importance of inheriting and innovating traditional culture,strengthen the construction of people-oriented software and hardware,strengthen the construction of library associations,give full play to the role of information technology,develop cultural and creative products,innovate the forms of activities,and allow teachers and students to participate in activities,so as to enhance the attraction of libraries and promote traditional culture.
