江苏红色文化资源保护与利用研究

Research on the Protection and Utilization of Red Culture in Jiangsu Province

江苏红色文化历史悠久,红色资源丰富,是中华民族优秀文化的重要组成部分,在各方面有着重要价值,主要有:激活红色基因,陶冶爱国主义情怀;融入党的建设,发挥政治功效;助推文艺产业,发展红色经济。新时代,江苏红色文化的保护和利用面临着不少问题与挑战,主要有:缺乏全面保护意识;红色文化遗产本身遭受破坏;红色文化的认同危机;文化资源利用不充分;表达方式单一,缺乏创新;缺乏多元化的利用方式,产业内容单一。该文提出:设置人员管理,全面覆盖遗存保护;多角度保护红色遗存,继续细化和出台保护制度;加强宣传交流,拒绝“空心人”现象;整合优势,开发红色资源;结合现代科技,丰富红色文化的多元化表达;以创新为核心,丰富旅游产业内容。

Jiangsu's red culture has a long history and rich red resources.It is an important component of the excellent culture of the Chinese nation and has important value in various aspects,mainly in activating the red gene and cultivating patriotism,integrating into the construction of the Party and exert political effectiveness and boosting the literary and artistic industry and develop the red economy.In the new era,the protection and utilization of red culture in Jiangsu face many problems and challenges,mainly including a lack of comprehensive protection awareness,the destruction of red cultural heritage itself,the crisis of red culture identity,insufficient utilization of cultural resources,a single expression method,a lack of innovation,a lack of diversified utilization methods,and a single industrial content.The article proposes:setting up personnel management to comprehensively cover the protection of relics;protecting red relics from multiple perspectives,and continuing to refine and introduce protection systems;strengthening publicity and communication,and rejecting the phenomenon of"hollow people";integrating advantages and developing red resources;combining modern technology to enrich the diversified expression of red culture;with innovation as the core,enriching the content of the tourism industry.
