摘要
为了解决冷冻饮品分销过程中品质因温度波动问题而下降,延长其保质期,设计了一种基于3D打印技术的PLA保温包装杯。本文以冰淇淋为研究对象,分析了不同包装结构、不同冰淇淋质量和温度波动期对保温杯保温性能的影响。结果表明:杯体的保温性能与包装结构有关,中空结构的平均温升速度最小,保温性能最佳;两支冰淇淋质量有利于改善保温杯的保温效果;在23℃/50%RH环境条件下,中空结构30m厚的PLA保温杯能够有效延长冰淇淋的配送保温时间,在运输和临时储存期间提供有效的保温,验证了最佳保温包装模型,具有一定的参考价值。
In order to solve the problem that the quality of frozen drinks decreases due to temperature fluctuation in the distribution process and prolong the shelf life,a PLA insulated packaging cup based on 3D printing technology was designed.Taking ice cream as the research object,the effects of different packaging structure,different quality of ice cream and temperature fluctuation period on the insulation performance of the cup were analyzed.The results show that the heat preservation performance of the cup body is related to the packaging structure.The hollow structure has the smallest average temperature rise rate and the best heat preservation performance.The quality of two ice creams is beneficial to improve the insulation effect of the thermos cup.At 23℃/50%RH,the PLA thermos cup with a hollow structure 30m thick can effectively extend the heat preservation time of ice cream distribution,provide effective heat preservation during transportation and temporary storage,and verify the best heat preservation packaging model,which has certain reference value.
