文化润疆视域下新疆高职院校文化育人研究——以新疆农业职业技术学院为例

Research on Cultural Education in Xinjiang Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Culture Moistening Xinjiang—Taking Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational and Technical College as an Example

文化“软实力”是高职院校的核心竞争力。新疆地处祖国的西北边陲,是东西方文化对冲的桥头堡,也是西方敌对势力“西化”“分化”的主要地区之一。以社会主义核心价值观引领文化建设,引导学生树立马克思主义“五观”,强化“五个认同”,是新疆高职院校文化建设的重点。在分析新疆高职院校文化育人工作的特殊重要性基础上,立足新疆高职院校文化育人存在的问题,以新疆农业职业技术学院为例,从凝练核心文化理念、构建“一中心四平台”文化育人体系、激发制度文化活力、突出以物明志建设环境文化等方面,阐述了新疆高职院校文化育人体系路径。

Cultural"soft power"is the core competitiveness of vocational colleges.Xinjiang,located in the northwest border of the motherland,is a bridgehead for the cultural confrontation between the East and the West,as well as one of the main areas where the western hostile forces"westernized"and"differentiated".Guiding cultural construction with socialist core values,guiding students to establish Marxist"Five Views",and strengthening the"Five Identities"are the key points of cultural construction in Xinjiang vocational colleges.On the basis of analyzing the special importance of cultural education work in Xinjiang vocational colleges,and based on the problems existing in cultural education in Xinjiang vocational colleges,taking Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper elaborates on the path of the cultural education system in Xinjiang vocational colleges from the aspects of refining core cultural concepts,constructing the"one center,four platforms"cultural education system,stimulating institutional cultural vitality,and highlighting the construction of environmental culture through material and spiritual expression.
