在文旅融合和健康中国的时代背景下,旅游产业与其他产业的联系更为紧密,康养旅游产业发展对旅游管理专业人才提出更高的要求。随着“健康中国”战略的提出,国家和社会需要更多集专业知识和深厚文化底蕴于一体的复合型人才,推动健康与其他行业的融合快速健康发展。高校的人才培养层次结构和质量水平未能满足企业、行业、社会经济发展的新需求,如何更有效地为地方经济和社会快速发展输送高素质的复合型旅游人才,高校需更新教学观念、内容和方法,提升学科专业建设对人才培养的支撑力,加强跨学科间学术资源的教学转化,为文旅融合和健康中国下的旅游管理人才培养营造良好氛围。

Under the background of cultural and tourism integration and healthy China,the tourism industry is more closely connected with other industries,and the development of healthy tourism industry puts forward higher requirements for tourism management professionals.With the proposal of"Healthy China"strategy,the country and society need more compound talents with professional knowledge and profound cultural deposits to accelerate the integration and rapid,healthy development of health and other industries.The hierarchical structure and quality level of talent training in colleges and universities fail to meet the new needs of enterprises,industries and social and economic development.How to more effectively transport high-quality compound tourism talents for the rapid development of local economy and society?Colleges and universities need to update their teaching concepts,contents and methods,enhance the supporting force of disciplinary construction for talent training,strengthen the teaching transformation of interdisciplinary academic resources,and create a good atmosphere for the integration of culture and tourism and the cultivation of tourism management talents under the condition of a healthy China.
