灵宝小秦岭金矿废石选矿试验研究

摘要 灵宝小秦岭金矿废石中的金在细粒级中有一定富集。金主要以独立矿物自然金形式存在,与脉石矿物、黄铁矿和方铅矿有较高相关度。研究采用智能光选-浮选联合工艺流程,首先通过智能光选,获得金品位1.56 g/t、金回收率68.61%的粗精矿;然后对粗精矿进行“一粗两扫两精”浮选试验。以丁黄药+丁胺黑药为捕收剂,药剂用量(100+40)g/t,磨矿细度-0.075 mm占75%的条件下,浮选获得金品位26.96 g/t、金回收率63.35%的金精矿,浮选尾矿产率10.34%,浮选尾矿可以作为建材原料。 The waste rock of Xiaoqinling gold ore in Lingbao area is enriched in fine particle.Gold is mainly included as fine grain of native gold,it has high correlation with gangue mineral,pyrite and galena.The combined process of intelligent optical selection and flotation is adopted.First,the rough concentrate with gold grade of 1.56 g/t and gold recovery rate of 68.61%could be obtained from the gold waste rock by intelligent optical selection.Then the flotation process of“one coarse,two sweep and two cleaning”was carried out.With butylxanthate and butylamine dithiophosphate as collector,dosage of(100+40)g/t,the grinding fineness of-0.075 mm accounting for 75%,gold concentrate with gold grade of 26.96 g/t and recovery rate of 63.35%was obtained.The flotation tailings yield was 10.34%,and the flotation tailings can be used as building materials.
