摘要
高职语文蕴含着丰富的人文精神和文化素养,将“劳动·工匠·劳模”精神融入高职语文教学是高职语文教改的必然要求。为此,要在高职语文教师教学中渗入“劳动·工匠·劳模”精神的意识,采取多元化的方法挖掘精神资源,构建高职院校语文课程“一体”评价模式,建立起完善的高职语文课程保障机制,注重将学生的精神需求融入高职语文教学,以培养学生劳动精神、工匠精神、劳模精神。
Higher vocational Chinese course contains rich humanistic spirit and cultural quality.It is an inevitable requirement for higher vocational Chinese teaching reform to integrate"labor spirit,craftsmanship spirit and model worker spirit"into the teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the awareness of teachers,adopt diversified methods to tap spiritual resources,construct the integrated evaluation mode,establish a perfect guarantee mechanism of Chinese course,and integrate the spiritual needs of students into Chinese teaching in higher vocational colleges.By doing this we can cultivate students'labor spirit,craftsmanship spirit,and model worker spirit.
