职业教育与普通教育是两种不同的教育类型,高等职业教育具有类型特征和层次特性。高职院校课程思政要落到实处、彰显实效,需在理论上以类型教育观为逻辑起点,保证课程思政靶向施策;在实践中借助高职育人优势和“三教改革”特色抓手,推动课程思政提质培优。课程思政素材开发是课程思政载体建设过程中具有承上启下作用的重要环节,通过“分类挖掘-分门定单-精细采集-精进改造-精良建库-精准融合”的“两分四精六步法”进行高职课程思政素材开发与实施。

Vocational education and general education are two different types of education.Higher vocational education has the characteristics of types and levels.The ideological and political education should be implemented and demonstrated effectively.In theory,the concept of type education should be taken as the logical starting point to implement the ideological and political goals of curriculum.In practice,the advantages of higher vocational education and the characteristics of"three education reform"should be applied to promote the ideological and political education.The development of ideological and political materials is an important transition link in the construction of ideological and political carriers.The paper puts forward the method of"two categories and four refinements"to develop ideological and political materials in higher vocational colleges.
