EPC模式下装配式建筑PC构件采购风险评价研究

工程项目中的采购风险,直接关系到工程的质量、成本和进度,因而必须对其进行科学、有效地评价。为降低装配式建筑预制构件采购风险,基于EPC总承包商视角从外部环境、供应商、业主、运输、管理以及技术6个方面构建PC构件采购风险评价指标体系;利用G1法确定风险指标权重,物元分析法对PC构件采购进行风险评价。最后以青岛某装配式建筑项目为例,结果表明:该项目PC构件采购风险属于一般风险级别,其中供应商风险和技术风险均属于重大风险;通过对各项指标风险程度分析提出相应建议,有助于总承包商提前规避采购风险。

Procurement risk in engineering projects is related to the quality,cost and progress of the project,so it must be evaluated scientifically and effectively.In order to reduce the procurement risk of prefabricated components of prefabricated buildings,from the perspective of the EPC general contractor,the PC component procurement risk evaluation index system is constructed from six aspects:external environment,suppliers,owners,transportation,management and technology;the G1 method is used to determine the risk index weight,the matter-element analysis method is used to evaluate the risk of PC component procurement.Finally,taking a prefabricated building project in Qingdao as an example,the results show that the procurement risk of PC components in this project belongs to the general risk level,and the supplier risk and technical risk are both major risks,corresponding suggestions are put forward by analyzing the risk degree of each index,which helps the general contractor to avoid procurement risks in advance.
