The background and concept connotation of the system generation are expounded,the basic principle of system operation is discussed,and the analysis and modeling method of complex system is introduced.On this basis,a system oriented information activity process design method is proposed,the design theory and process of the method are introduced,and an application example is analyzed by taking the design of personnel management activities as an example.This method can provide guidance for cross domain and cross department architecture design.
