BCND-I催化剂在开发高性能土工格栅中的应用

摘要 采用新型无塑化剂的BCND-I催化剂,首次在国产单环管工艺聚丙烯装置上成功生产了牌号为EH01的高性能土工格栅专用聚丙烯产品,并对其性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,与参比催化剂相比,BCND-I催化剂的活性提高10%、立构定向性优异、氢调敏感性较低,更有利于生产低熔体流动速率(MFR)的土工格栅料;在生产低MFR的EH01产品时,等规度提高1%,拉伸应力、拉伸模量、弯曲模量增加14%~29%,聚合物表现出优良的力学性能。在下游应用中,采用EH01生产规格为SS2、SS20、SS30的三种板材,拉伸强度、最大载荷应变、2%及5%应变时的拉伸强度指标均达到产品标准要求,与进口格栅料产品的性能相当。 Using a new type of plasticizer-free BCND-I catalyst,a high-performance polypropylene for geogrid with grade of EH01 was successfully produced on a domestic single-loop polypropylene plant for the first time,and the properties were studied.The experimental results show that compared with the reference catalyst,the activity of BCND-I catalyst increases by 10%with excellent stereoselectivity and lower hydrogen modulation sensitivity,which is favorable to produce geogrids with low melt flow rate(MFR).In the production of EH01 products with low MFR by BCND-I catalyst,the isotacticity increased by 1%,and the polymers exhibit excellent mechanical properties,with tensile stress,tensile modulus and flexural modulus increasing by 14%-29%,respectively.In the downstream application,EH01 is used to produce three types of panel with specifications of SS2,SS20,and SS30,and the tensile strength,maximum load strain,and tensile strength indexes at 2%and 5%strain of the panels all meet the requirements of product standards,which are equivalent to the performances of panel produced by imported geogrid materials.
