党的二十大报告提出“推进文化自信自强,铸就社会主义文化新辉煌”这一新的文化建设目标。铸就社会主义文化新辉煌是实现中国式现代化的重要根基,也是不断满足人民精神文化需要的新要求,将为人类文明进步作出新贡献。铸就社会主义文化新辉煌需要坚持马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,坚持为人民服务、为社会主义服务等基本原则。铸就社会主义文化新辉煌的核心任务是建设有强大凝聚力和影响力的社会主义意识形态,广泛践行社会主义核心价值观,提高全社会文明程度,繁荣发展文化事业和文化产业,增强中华文明传播力影响力。

The report of the 20^(th) CPC National Congress put forward the new cultural construction goal of“promoting cultural self-confidence and self-improvement,casting new brilliance of socialist culture”.Creating new glory in socialist culture is the important foundation for realizing Chinese-style modernization.It is also a new requirement for constantly meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of the people,and will make new contributions to the progress of human civilization.To create new glory in socialist culture,it needs to uphold Marxism as the guiding force in the field of ideology,to serve the people and socialism,to let a hundred flowers bloom and a hundred schools of thought contend,to transform and develop creatively,to take core socialist values as the guide,and to meet the people’s ever-growing spiritual and cultural needs.We will continue to consolidate the common ideological foundation for the unity and struggle of the whole Party and the people of all ethnic groups in China,and adhere to the basic principles of constantly enhancing the country’s cultural soft power and the influence of Chinese culture.The core task of creating new glory in socialist culture is to build a socialist ideology with strong cohesion and influence,widely practice core socialist values,raise the level of civilization in the whole society,prosper and develop cultural undertakings and industries,and increase the spreading power and influence of the Chinese civilization.
