逆城镇化发展背景下乡村人才振兴的探析

Thoughts on Rural Revitalization Based on the Background of Counter-urbanization

当前中国城镇化发展和逆城镇化发展是新型城镇化的题中应有之义。逆城镇化的出现,一方面能够促进经济发展、缩小城乡差距、治愈“城市病”,改善城市环境质量,也是促进人本主义精神的回归;另一方面也是进一步推进乡村振兴的发展,积极响应中央提出乡村振兴的重要举措。本文在分析逆城镇化发展、现状基础上提出,逆城镇化的实践可以充分吸引各类返乡精英充实到乡村建设中,为实现乡村振兴发挥重要的作用,并积极探讨各种推进措施。

At present,the development of urbanization and counter-urbanization in China are the meaning of the new urbanization.The emergence of counter-urbanization can promote economic development,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,cure“urban diseases”,and improve the quality of the urban environment.And also proposed important measures for rural rejuvenation.Based on the analysis of the development and status quo of the counter-urbanization,this article proposed that,the practice of counter-urbanization could fully attract various returning elites,enriched the rural construction,played an important role in achieving rural rejuvenation,and actively explored various advancement measures.
