离散制造装备传感器应用技术现状与发展趋势

摘要 以高端数控机床、模锻压机、冲压成型机、焊接机器人等为代表的离散制造装备,广泛应用于航空、航天、能源、石化、国防等领域重大技术装备及基础零部件的加工制造。传感器是离散制造装备的关键核心基础零部件,文中列举了满足离散制造装备自动化控制、运行状态监测、健康状态监测等功能需求的传感器选型,论述了目前离散制造装备领域应用较广的压力、位移、位置、振动等关键传感器应用技术现状,探讨了传感器未来技术发展趋势,以期对离散制造装备传感器自主化发展有所启发。 Discrete manufacturing equipment represented by high-end CNC machine tools,die forging presses,stamping machines,welding robots,etc.,is widely used in the processing and manufacturing of major technical equipment and basic parts in aviation,aerospace,energy,petrochemical,national defense and other fields.Sensor is the key core basic component of discrete manufacturing equipment.This paper listed the sensor selection that can meet the functional requirements of automation control,operation status monitoring and health status monitoring of discrete manufacturing equipment,and discussed the current application status of key sensor technologies such as pressure,displacement,position and vibration,which are widely used in the field of discrete manufacturing equipment.The development trend of sensor technology in the future was discussed in order to enlightens the independent development of sensor in discrete manufacturing equipment.
