颠覆性创新驱动传统制造业转型升级的理论逻辑与路径

摘要 如何准确把握颠覆性创新的产生与演进规律,加强颠覆性技术的前沿布局,营造有利于颠覆性技术产生的政策环境,已成为现阶段我国加速推进制造强国建设的核心任务。首先,本文立足我国传统制造业发展现状,对颠覆性技术创新和传统制造业转型的相关性进行阐释。其次,从四链深度融合、制造模式变革、制造效率提高、资源约束突破及结构升级五个关键要素入手,分析颠覆性技术创新对传统制造业转型升级的促进作用。最后,基于制造业绿色低碳转型、市场需求转型、内涵发展转型、服务化转型四个维度分析颠覆性技术创新对传统制造业的转型路径。 How to accurately grasp the law of disruptive innovation’s generation and evolution,strengthening the frontier layout of disruptive technologies,and creating a policy environment conducive to the generation of disruptive technologies have become the core tasks of accelerating the construction of China as a strong manufacturing country at this stage.Firstly,based on the current situation of the development of China’s traditional manufacturing industry,the relevance of disruptive technology’s innovation and the transformation of the traditional manufacturing industry is explained.Secondly,starting from the fi ve key elements of deep integration of the four chains,change of manufacturing models,improvement of manufacturing effi ciency,the breakthrough of resource constraints,and structural upgrading,the role of disruptive technological innovation in promoting the transformation and upgrading of the traditional manufacturing industry is analyzed.Finally,the transformation paths of disruptive technology innovation in the traditional manufacturing industry are analyzed based on four dimensions,green and low-carbon transformation,market demand transformation,internal development transformation,and service transformation of the manufacturing industry.
