近年来,国家大力推广装配式建筑,2016年国家颁布的相关文件中指出,要加大政策支持力度,争取用10年左右的时间,使装配式建筑在新建建筑中的占比达到30%。随之,各地给予装配式建筑大量的优惠政策,如建筑面积计算、容积率核算、专项基金优惠返还、费用减免、按装配率补贴等方面,以此鼓励装配式建筑的推行。

In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted Prefabricatedbuilding.In 2016,the relevant documents issued by the state pointed out that it is necessary to increase policy support and strive to make prefabricated building account for 30%of new buildings in about 10 years.A large number of preferential policiesare given to prefabricated building,such as building area calculation,Floor area ratio accounting,special fund preferential return,fee reduction,subsidies based on assembly rate,etc.,to encourage the implementation of prefabricated building.
