基层妇幼机构推行电子健康卡后门诊预约情况分析

摘要 目的探讨推行电子健康卡后门诊预约情况。方法2020年7—10月聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院开始推行电子健康卡,并对门诊区域就诊患者发放问卷调查1000份,分析门诊预约挂号方式、就诊患者基本情况、挂号等待时间、候诊等待时间及电子健康卡使用情况。结果实际有效问卷数930份,问卷有效率93.00%。就诊患者中女性患者占比63.23%,以年轻女性和儿童居多。对于挂号等待时间,多数患者等待挂号时间<5 min,不同职业、支付方式的患者等待挂号时间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学生的等待时间5 min<时间<10 min比例最高。支付方式方面,自费患者等待时间5 min<时间<10 min比例最高。高中或中专学历、城镇医疗保险的患者候诊时间10 min<时间<20 min的人数最多。不同的文化程度、支付方式的患者就诊等候时间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据患者对电子健康卡预约挂号的看法和认识,81.83%的人认可使用电子健康卡。结论医疗机构应推行电子健康卡的使用,提高门诊预约率,缩短挂号和候诊时间,实现分时间段就诊,分流就诊人群。 Objective To explore the situation of outpatient appointments after the implementation of electronic health card.Methods From July to October 2020,Liaocheng Dongchangfu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital started to implement electronic health cards and distributed 1000 questionnaires to patients attending the outpatient area.The outpatient appointment registration method,basic information of patients attending the clinic,waiting time for registration,waiting time for consultation and the use of electronic health card were analyzed.Results The actual number of valid questionnaires was 930,and the effective rate of the questionnaire was 93.00%.Female patients accounted for 63.23%of the patients,mostly young women and children.For the registration waiting time,most patients waited for the registration time<5 min.There was a statistically significant difference in the waiting time of patients with different occupations and payment methods(P<0.05).The highest proportion of students'waiting time was 5 min<time<10 min.In terms of payment methods,the proportion of self-paid patients waiting for 5 min<time<10 min was the highest.The number of patients with high school or technical secondary school education and urban medical insurance waiting time of 10 min<time<20 min was the highest.There was a statistically significant difference in waiting time for patients with different educational levels and payment methods(P<0.05).According to the patient's views and understanding of the electronic health card appointment registration,81.83%of people approved the use of electronic health cards.Conclusion Medical institutions should promote the use of electronic health cards to improve the outpatient appointment rate,shorten the registration and waiting time,realize time-slotted visits,and divert the visiting population.
