摘要
目的调查产教融合背景下高职护理专业教师师资队伍建设的现状。方法于2022年5—7月选取92名河南省安阳市河南护理职业学院及安阳市职业技术学院两所高职院校的护理专业教师为研究对象,通过问卷调查和随机访谈的方法,了解教师师资队伍的建设现状。结果有12名教师对产教融合相关政策“完全不了解”,占比13.04%;53名教师“不太了解”,占比57.61%;仅有21名(22.83%)和6名(6.52%)教师表示对国家发布的产教融合的相关政策“基本了解”及“十分了解”。结论产教融合政策在高职护理专业的执行力度还有一定的欠缺,师资队伍建设还在不足,需要从多方面进行改进,从而完善高职院校建设产教融合性护理专业师资队伍。
Objective To investigate the current situation of faculty construction of higher vocational nursing teachers in the context of integration of industry and education.Methods From May to July 2022,92 nursing teachers from two vocational colleges,Henan Vocational College of Nursing and Anyang Vocational and Technical College,were selected as the research objects.By means of questionnaire survey and random interview,the construction status of teachers and teachers was analyzed.Results There were 12 teachers who were"completely unaware"of policies related to the integration of industry and education,accounting for 13.04%;53 teachers were"not very familiar",accounting for 57.61%;only 21(22.83%)and 6(6.52%)teachers expressed a"basic understanding"and"very good understanding"of the relevant policies on the integration of industry and education released by the country.Conclusion The implementation of the policy of integration of industry and education in higher vocational nursing majors is still lacking,and there are still shortcomings in the construction of the faculty team,which need to be improved in many aspects,so as to improve the construction of an integrated nursing faculty team in higher vocational institutions.
